What is GEMS 2.0 ?

Graduate Employability Management Scheme 2.0-

The main thrust of GEMS is to train, expose and prepare graduates for future career opportunities with the intention to contribute to the economy by reducing the talent shortages in key economic sectors. In 2012, TalentCorp acquired GEMS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. from Khazanah Nasional Berhad. Under TalentCorp the newly revived GEMS is more sector focused and demand driven.

Terms and Conditions

  • Open to Malaysians who have graduated with a recognised Degree.
  • Obtained a minimum CGPA rating of 2.75 or its equivalent.
  • Applicants must be aged 20 - 27 years old.
  • Emphasis will be given to those whom are still not employed after graduating less than a year.
  • Applicants with academic qualifications higher than a Bachelors’ Degree are not eligible to apply.
  • Applicants must be willing to undergo Part 2 at participating organisations nationwide.
